Mattia Cicerone inherited his passion for pizza from his father Rocco, founder of the historic brand Roco’s. After a long training path, a lot of apprenticeship and a lot of research, today he is a lieutenant and production manager of Roco’s Lab as well as its creative engine. A young modern pizza maker dedicated to the study and pursuit of excellence, he offers different forms of contemporary pizza within Roco’s Lab. Thanks to his expertise, he became a teacher of pizza tasting at Cast Alimenti in Brescia and was called with other distinguished colleagues by the program Mica pizza e fichi on LA7 to present his idea of pizza.
